Terms and Conditions

GENERAL・ Do not trace, reproduce any of my artwork
・ Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without my consent
・ Do not claim the artwork as your own creation
・ Do not use my artwork for AI-related activities


COMMISSIONS・Artworks done are for personal use
・Standard deadline: 1-3 weeks
・I have full rights to the work
・For commercial commissions, I will be charging a percentage depending on the commission type and the project that it will be used for
・I have the right to refuse any request that I do not think I can fulfill
・I will be posting the completed work on my socials
・Private commissions will have an additional 50% fee
     ↳ If the artwork needs to be temporarily held back until posted on a social media after completion (up to 2 month), then there is no need for a private commission option

USAGE RIGHTS・ I, the Artist, own the intellectual property rights & copyrights to the artwork and any original designs. The intellectual property rights of the existing characters drawn belong to their respective owners.
・ Commissioned artwork are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed and Commercial Rights bought
・ I, the Artist, maintain the rights to show the commission progress and completed artwork at any time, this may be in the form posting on X/ Twitter or other social media, showcasing for portfolio-purposes on my commission webpages↳ The above is overwritten by any agreement made with the Client for a Private Commission

  COMMISSION WORKFLOW:
Step 1:
- You submit the form using the example above
- I review your form and we discuss about your commission
- We negotiate prices and I schedule a time, when you've agreed with the price, i'll send you an invoice
- You pay the full amount up front and I start the work
Step 2:
- Depending on my queue and schedule, I will send a sketch to you during the time discussed
     ↳ NOTE: I do not work on all commissions at the same time hence I cannot guarantee you’ll be getting the sketch within a week of payment
- You can request major change
Step 3:
- After you confirm the sketch, i’ll move on to lineart and color
- You can request small changes
Step 4:
